The Autumn weather doesn’t scare off outdoor events organisers. Our Freedome 300 geodesic dome stood in Copenhagen as the main point of the 17th edition of the Documentary Film Festival – CPH:DOX.
CPH:DOX is the biggest Scandinavian documentary films event, evidence of which can be seen in the amount of films submitted: 33.000.
During the 10-day event, over 1200 productions were screened in our structure. Moreover, the Freedome 300 sphere tent was used as spot for concerts and other fringe events. The spherical structure with 300 m2 of floor area and almost 10 m of height acted perfectly as a screening room, creating a unique atmosphere and convenience for the viewers who came to the festival. The OPAK tarpaulin used in the tent ensured the comfort of a screening room; it’s light impervious and allows for the screening of films at any time of day, not only in the evening hours.
